The mornings are spent making a variety of crafts. Doing crafts helps keep fingers supple and minds active. These crafts are then sold at a small price to pay for the next item we make.

A hot meal and pudding is served at lunch time. Then in the afternoon we play games. These games give exeercise plus the fun of competing. Everyone is a winner, no losers here.

Birthdays and holidays are celebrated foe each and every person. We also go out for meals and outings. At Christmas we all enjoy our trip to the local pantomine.

We need £3500 a year to run the club and break even. So at present we have to charge members £6.50 a week for meals and transport, but with our fund raising we ensure that no one is ever turned away because of lack of funds.

It is  a real pleasure to give our members a little help and fun. Just because they forget is no reason they should be forgotten. So on their behalf if you can please help!
